The Associate will support corporate advisory, conducting research, synthesizing insights, preparing client-ready materials, and facilitating meetings for senior client stakeholders.

Provide high-touch support to the firm's co-founder (calendar, briefings, travel) and operate Minds at Work public programs (registration, participant communications, faculty prep, run-of-show, live support). Build systems, documentation, trackers, and AI-enabled workflows to standardize recurring work. Contribute to firm projects and continuously learn and develop under a manager.

The Associate will conduct research, synthesize insights, lead client meetings, and prepare polished materials for senior stakeholders, focusing on strategy execution and organizational culture.
