Create executive-level content, communicate AI product value credibly, manage multiple workstreams, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Communications. Use data to support recommendations, operate autonomously in an ambiguous environment, engage senior stakeholders, and experiment with AI-driven ways of working.

Own customer storytelling and advocacy: develop case studies, testimonials, videos, and speaker relationships. Align with Sales, CX, Community, PR, and Product to surface advocates, manage reference processes, measure impact, and maintain systems of record for customer marketing.

Enable and upskill global System Integrator partners to design and deliver Pigment EPM solutions. Lead partner technical strategy, onboarding, enablement programs, deal support, complex scoping/POCs, integrations, and product feedback to improve delivery and adoption.

Lead Pigment's brand direction across visual, verbal, and cultural touchpoints. Build and govern creative identity, naming, and review processes. Manage in-house designers and agency partners, craft compelling B2B brand narratives and campaigns, use AI to scale creative output, and define brand health metrics to drive awareness and distinctiveness.

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for priority go-to-market hiring during a six-month remote contract. Partner with hiring managers and executives, source and close SaaS talent, develop headhunting strategies, assess candidates, ensure a high-touch candidate experience, coach interview teams, report recruiting metrics, and improve talent acquisition processes and tools.

Present and demonstrate Pigment’s AI-powered enterprise planning platform to prospective customers. Apply expertise in financial modeling, business analysis, and planning technology across CPG, retail, or life sciences. Troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with stakeholders at varying levels, and support pre-sales engagements in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 25% of the time.

Own North American sales enablement strategy and programs focused on seller performance, deal quality, and revenue outcomes. Design training on enterprise sales methodologies, coach sellers and frontline managers, lead deal reviews, develop playbooks and sales content, and analyze performance metrics to improve win rates and conversion. Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams.
