Manage a portfolio of SaaS customer renewals, partnering with AEs and CSMs to forecast, negotiate, produce quotes, identify risk and expansion, and drive on-time renewals and retention while collaborating with finance, legal, and deal desk.

Lead technical pre-sales engagements to drive product fit and revenue: demo, prototype, run POCs, respond to RFPs, qualify KPIs, build custom search solutions, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering while ensuring smooth handoffs to post-sales teams.
