Provides first-level IT support for employees across multiple offices and remote locations. Troubleshoots hardware, software, networking, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, and security concerns; manages help desk requests through resolution; supports onboarding, offboarding, device deployment, and asset records. Maintains IT documentation, assists with security alerts, evaluates technology requests, and contributes to upgrades, rollouts, office moves, process improvements, and user training. This is a full-time onsite New York City role with occasional travel to other offices.

Coordinate and manage proposal responses and business development efforts for AEC projects: track opportunities, maintain CRM records, develop and edit proposal content and templates, coordinate teams and schedules, monitor RFP sources, support award submissions and marketing materials, and identify process improvements.
