Lead FP&A forecasting, reporting, and KPI dashboarding to support DTC, Amazon, Marketing, and Operations. Build financial models, perform variance and sensitivity analyses, develop business cases for initiatives, partner with cross-functional leaders, and improve planning processes and automation to guide strategic, profitable growth.

Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives and special projects, improve organizational efficiency and team performance, support CEO and Chief of Staff with executive operations, integrate AI tools into workflows, and ensure leadership alignment through board preparation, OKR reviews, and recurring cadences.

Serve as the bridge between Formulation and contract manufacturers to scale powder and liquid products. Optimize formulas for manufacturability, evaluate excipients and processing aids, translate requirements into manufacturing guidance, troubleshoot scale-up and production issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve process and formula-related challenges.
