The role combines strategic brand building with hands-on execution across budgets, timelines, partners, and cross-functional teams. It requires strong cultural awareness, commercial judgment, creativity, ownership, and the ability to turn ideas into consumer experiences.

Own and grow myjukebox.com and digital channels (email, SMS, loyalty, subscription). Build high-converting site experiences and lifecycle journeys, run CRO and performance testing, support launches, analyze ecommerce metrics, and lead cross-functional execution and operations to drive conversion, retention, and LTV.
