Manage end-to-end law firm engagement contracting: review, redline, negotiate, finalize engagement letters and outside counsel agreements; serve as primary negotiation contact; use CLM tools to manage workflows; develop playbooks, templates, and governance; support onboarding, rate negotiation, vendor governance, conflicts review, and process improvement.

Support eDiscovery operations by collecting, processing, searching, culling, and packaging electronic records (primarily email) using industry tools. Maintain and improve process documentation, perform QC/validation, coordinate with IT and legal stakeholders, troubleshoot client issues, and manage timelines and reporting. Lead and grow Epiq's Change Enablement practice for law firms, designing and delivering enterprise change programs that drive AI and technology adoption, workflow redesign, leadership coaching, stakeholder engagement, and measurable business outcomes. Advise clients, build enablement frameworks, develop go-to-market offerings, and mentor internal teams to embed sustainable behavioural change in legal organisations.
