The Director of Marketing and Communications will lead communications and marketing efforts, overseeing external and internal communications, marketing initiatives, and vendor relationships while supporting business development and brand visibility.

Support HR&A Labs by performing geospatial and economic data analysis, building interactive dashboards and web tools, maintaining data systems, and contributing to client-facing deliverables. Work includes procuring/cleaning large datasets (census, PUMS), prototyping products with AI tools, and gradually owning analytics workstreams.

The Principal will lead complex projects for clients, develop new business opportunities, manage project teams, and support equitable city systems through strategic decision-making and engagement with community leaders.
