Drives PRO business growth by recruiting new professional partners and direct-to-consumer referrals through virtual sales. Uses Salesforce and reports to target prospects, pursues RFPs, develops proposals, manages sales KPIs, builds cross-functional relationships, conducts business reviews, and executes business plans. The role requires consultative selling, strong communication, analytical decision-making, product learning, relationship building, and the ability to manage changing priorities.

Lead ecommerce strategy and execution for marketplace channels (primarily Amazon and Chewy). Own assortment, promotions, advertising, content, SEO, pricing, and operational excellence to drive revenue, share, and profitability. Monitor platform policies and algorithms, develop annual plans and forecasts, negotiate retail and media programs, and manage P&L while building high-performing teams and cross-functional alignment.

Lead and develop a veterinary inside sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Manage forecasting, pipeline building, performance reporting, coaching, cross-functional alignment, process improvements, and customer escalation resolution. Support seamless collaboration with field sales and drive talent development and change management.

Lead internal audit strategy, system administration, and advanced analytics. Administer Optro (Auditboard), build executive BI dashboards, ensure data integrity, support audit methodology and QAIP, participate in audits and fraud reporting, and present findings to senior leadership.

Manage global operational risk programs including risk engineering, property loss prevention, and business resilience. Partner with stakeholders and vendors to drive governance, compliance, audits, remediation, data analysis, and program deployment to reduce loss and ensure business continuity across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
