Supports merchant operations, promotions, marketing materials, delivery coordination, account troubleshooting, and basic operational monitoring. Assists the Business Development team with merchant information management, request tracking, and cross-functional coordination across Marketing, Operations, and Delivery. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and a proactive approach. Manage digital marketing campaigns across Xiaohongshu, Instagram, and other social platforms. The role requires fluent Mandarin, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, independent fieldwork, deal-closing ability, organization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Supports marketing campaigns, brand-awareness initiatives, university and student-association partnerships, WeChat community engagement, promotional activities, on-ground promoter management, and campaign performance data collection. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, creativity, familiarity with U.S. Chinese communities and university networks, and legal work authorization. OPT/CPT sponsorship support is available.

Acquire and onboard restaurant merchants, negotiate contracts, grow orders and GMV, and manage sales revenue and market share. Maintain merchant relationships, resolve operational issues, conduct regular visits, update merchant platform settings, coordinate marketing and delivery initiatives, and ensure solutions meet merchant needs. Requires fluent Mandarin, commercial and negotiation skills, at least one year of sales or business development experience, and a valid driver license with vehicle.
