The role owns bi-weekly payroll and payroll tax administration using ADP Workforce Now, supports leaves, accommodations, workers’ compensation, recruiting, onboarding, and HR reporting, and conducts investigations. The position requires strong judgment, multi-state HR expertise, manager coaching skills, and occasional travel to retail locations.
