Owns enterprise sales cycles with automotive and mobility OEMs, including prospecting, RFP strategy, pricing, negotiations, forecasting, and contract closure. Builds executive relationships, develops account-based strategies, partners with internal teams on profitable proposals, and represents the company at industry events. Requires deep automotive warranty expertise, proven multimillion-dollar deal success, and extensive travel across North America.

Directs a nonprofit commercial general liability claims team handling complex, high-severity claims. Provides technical leadership on coverage, liability, damages, litigation, negotiation, and settlement strategies; assigns and reviews claims; ensures regulatory and service standards; and manages team performance, training, mentoring, and development.
