Own revenue growth across Greater NYC accounts by expanding existing BuildingLink relationships through cross-sell, upsell, and portfolio penetration. Develop account plans, run account-based outreach, identify expansion opportunities with Customer Success, and maintain CRM data. Generate and qualify new-logo opportunities within target buildings and management companies, partnering with Account Executives and Sales. The role requires strong local market relationships, B2B SaaS experience, and proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot.
