Advise on equity exercises, vesting, sales, and related tax planning. Own the Tax Pro workflow from document collection through filing, collaborate with CFP professionals, maintain accurate deadlines, and improve tax processes as the service scales.

The Enterprise Account Executive will lead strategic sales efforts with Fortune 1000 employers, owning the full sales cycle and managing relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities include driving revenue, conducting consultative discovery, and navigating procurement processes.

Lead end-to-end client implementation engagements for LearnLux's financial wellbeing platform. Manage cross-functional teams, project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and high-quality delivery. Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. Build multi-touch outreach sequences, cold call daily, book meetings for AEs, maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, use AI tools, and meet monthly qualified-meeting targets while staying current on employee benefits and financial wellbeing trends.
