Serve as the CEO’s strategic thought partner and operational force multiplier. Lead executive decision-making, board and investor materials, fundraising narratives, company-wide communications, and confidential cross-functional initiatives. Translate founder priorities into execution, drive follow-ups, represent founders when needed, and maintain alignment across a fast-scaling organization.

Supports global connectivity operations, including carrier onboarding, pricing updates, SIM inventory and distribution, partner escalations, troubleshooting, testing, and QA. Analyzes operational data, tracks test coverage and results, coordinates stakeholders and external testing resources, documents workflows, identifies bottlenecks, and implements scalable process improvements across Product, Engineering, Support, and Finance.

Partner with organizational leaders and managers on talent strategy, organizational design, performance, employee relations, coaching, development, and team effectiveness. Build scalable People infrastructure, including leveling, career frameworks, performance management, onboarding, and talent programs. Use data, AI, and automation to improve People operations while navigating organizational change and ambiguous employee matters.

The Customer Operations role focuses on ensuring seamless support operations for enterprise customers during onboarding, collaborating with various teams, creating training materials, and improving support processes.

Lead end-to-end analytics work: define core metrics, build reliable data models and pipelines, deliver dashboards and insights, and partner cross-functionally to drive product and business decisions. Mentor stakeholders, document data, and help scale analytics capabilities on an event-driven platform.

Lead and build Gigs' end-to-end operational systems: launch partners from signed contract to live revenue, run company planning and business-review cadence, set cross-functional ops standards, and own BizOps including expansion, AI operations, and special projects. Drive processes, KPIs, SLAs, tooling conventions, and operational accountability across teams to scale execution and reduce founder involvement in day-to-day escalations.

You will lead customer implementations, optimize support processes, analyze performance data, and enhance collaboration across teams to improve customer experiences in a complex telecommunications platform.

Own strategic carrier partnerships across North America, including relationship management, commercial negotiations, agreement execution, roadmap prioritization, and joint opportunity development. Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning commercial models, product capabilities, technical enablement, marketing, legal, and business expansion. Establish operating cadences, influence internal and external stakeholders, and deliver commercial, technical, and partnership outcomes supporting Gigs’ growth.
