The Strategic Account Executive will develop partnerships with Microsoft and clients to drive AVD sales, manage sales pipelines, and provide market intelligence.

Provide client-facing technical support for enterprise customers using Nerdio, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Intune, and Microsoft cloud technologies. Support platform onboarding and Azure deployments, troubleshoot complex cloud and hybrid infrastructure issues, diagnose root causes, document resolutions, guide IT administrators, and collaborate with engineering and product teams on escalated issues.

Deploy and support Azure Virtual Desktop environments, help partners implement Nerdio solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate on tools, processes, documentation, metrics, and product enhancements. The role requires strong Microsoft cloud, virtualization, networking, storage, troubleshooting, communication, and project-planning skills while supporting Western time zones.

Recruit net-new managed service provider partners, build relationships with Microsoft sales teams, generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads, present Nerdio’s cloud and end-user computing solutions, support sales strategies, manage multiple opportunities, and help achieve recurring revenue targets. The role requires partnership selling, CRM and sales engagement tool proficiency, technology knowledge, strong communication, organization, and demonstrated quota attainment.

Lead Nerdio’s internal AI engineering and R&D team by designing AI agents, automation, and full-stack applications; steward the data warehouse; establish architecture, security, CI/CD, and deployment standards; coach engineers and colleagues on AI tooling; and promote internal products to drive adoption and business impact.

Drive enterprise sales of Nerdio’s Microsoft cloud and end-user computing solutions. Partner with Microsoft sales teams, channel partners, and customers to identify Azure Virtual Desktop opportunities, manage pipelines, forecast accurately, close deals, and achieve sales targets. Build strategic relationships, provide market intelligence, and position Nerdio for VDI and EUC deployments. The role focuses on enterprise and State and Local Government accounts, cloud and SaaS sales, partnership development, and revenue growth.

Leads integrated, cross-channel marketing strategy and execution across digital, email, web, events, partner, ABM, paid, and lifecycle channels. Owns the marketing calendar, campaign operations, audience-specific programs, KPIs, budget, vendors, and performance optimization. Partners with marketing, sales, product, and design teams to drive pipeline and brand growth. Serves as a strategic partner to the CMO, prepares executive updates, leads special projects, and manages and develops marketing talent.

Lead and scale Nerdio's Microsoft partner ecosystem to drive partner-sourced and Microsoft-influenced ARR growth. Build co-sell and marketplace motions, recruit and develop a high-performing ecosystem sales team, form executive Microsoft relationships, and establish repeatable partner-led demand generation and measurable ecosystem KPIs.

Work with sales teams and Microsoft partners to prospect, qualify, and create enterprise opportunities for Nerdios Microsoft cloud and end-user computing products. Use inbound/outbound outreach, CRM and engagement tools to meet quotas, communicate value, coordinate cross-functionally, and continuously build product and industry knowledge.
