Senior finance leader responsible for FP&A, Accounting, and Business Systems. Build budgeting, forecasting, and financial models; run monthly/quarterly reviews; ensure timely close, internal controls, and audit readiness; scale ERP and reporting systems; partner with executives on strategy, fundraising, M&A, headcount, and capital allocation to drive measurable operating results.

Lead and scale paid social across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels. Own full-funnel strategy, budget pacing, bidding, audience targeting, creative testing, attribution/ incrementality measurement, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficient new customer growth.

The Creative Director will lead Pair Eyewear's creative vision, guiding a team to execute integrated marketing campaigns while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
