Identify recurring client needs, improve digital resources and processes, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Issuer Services, and Market Data teams to strengthen issuer-facing offerings. Use AI and digital tools to improve research, content development, and client success scalability.

Supports OTC Link sales and subscriber services by researching prospects, preparing outreach and sales materials, coordinating client meetings, tracking pipeline activity, and supporting onboarding and issue resolution. The role develops expertise in OTC Link products, trading venues, market data, and broker-dealer workflows while monitoring industry and regulatory trends. It is an on-site, client-facing position focused on relationship development, platform adoption, and timely follow-through across internal teams.
