Establishes positioning, develops seasonal campaigns and go-to-market strategies, oversees campaign briefing and launch calendars, and ensures consistent product storytelling across retail, wholesale, digital, communications, and creative channels. Uses consumer insights, competitive analysis, and performance data to identify opportunities and shape product priorities while partnering cross-functionally with design, merchandising, planning, eCommerce, retail, wholesale, and PR teams.

Supports development and production of denim apparel, including style and BOM creation, factory development logs, sample tracking, costing, production calendars, purchase orders, wash reviews, quality audits, and vendor communication. Responsibilities include trend research, sketching, color and material selection, tech packs, trim development, fittings, seasonal presentations, design organization, and cross-functional collaboration. The role manages the cohesive execution of the full product line while mentoring designers and ensuring brand alignment, product quality, and timely delivery.

Lead Men's Denim design and expand into lifestyle categories. Own seasonal direction, product creation, fit, fabric and wash innovation. Manage development with sourcing, merchandising and marketing, mentor a growing design team, and ensure consistent brand expression and commercial execution for Denim and White Label.

Manage day-to-day administration of benefits and total rewards programs including enrollments, leaves, vendor/carrier relationships, open enrollment, compliance (ACA, FMLA, FLSA, ADA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA), reporting/audits, cost analysis, wellness/recognition programs, and associate communications and education.
