Build and maintain accessible, reusable React Native and web components for Rocket Money’s design system. Collaborate with designers and engineers on UI primitives, tokens, patterns, documentation, tooling, motion, and interaction quality. Improve accessibility, testing, adoption, migration support, and developer experience through reliable shared infrastructure, Storybook examples, technical documentation, and code reviews.

Coordinates cross-functional business processes, maintains KPI and company performance reporting, and keeps stakeholders aligned on deadlines, risks, and deliverables. Partners with Data and business teams to develop insights, improve recurring workflows, resolve operational blockers, and automate manual work using AI and other tools. Build and operate end-to-end premium purchasing and subscription systems (Stripe, Apple/Google IAP, payments). Own projects from design through rollout and reliability, instrument observability, debug production, define metrics, mentor engineers, and drive technical direction and standards.
