Senior creative strategy leader who ensures social-first strategic integrity across client work. Owns final strategic input on concepts and campaigns, translates cultural and performance insights into creative opportunities, leads and mentors teams, shapes pitches and client narratives, and develops repeatable platform-native strategy frameworks to drive measurable performance.

Create short- and long-form social and digital video content for brands and influencers. Collaborate with Creative Directors, Producers, and VN Studios team to edit, color grade, animate (2D/3D), manage post workflows, liaise with vendors, and deliver final assets to client specifications under tight deadlines.

Manage day-to-day execution of influencer, affiliate, and social-first client programs. Build stakeholder relationships, translate client goals into tactics, oversee campaign execution, manage budgets, develop affiliate email newsletters, track/report performance, supervise and develop junior account staff, and use VN’s platform for campaign oversight.
