Leads and builds Donorbox’s product marketing function, owning positioning, messaging, product-led growth, launches, enablement, competitive intelligence, and performance measurement. Partners with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion. Manages one direct report, establishes scalable processes and KPIs, influences roadmap priorities, and presents data-driven insights to executive leadership.

Own day-to-day accounting operations, cash and treasury controls, tax and regulatory compliance, month-end close, consolidated reporting, forecasting, and equity accounting. Partner with department leaders on budgets, variances, tax optimization, commissions, and billing issues. Oversee a junior accountant while modernizing accounting systems, automating processes, strengthening controls, and improving multi-state sales tax and expense forecasting.

Manage and retain strategic Tier 1 nonprofit accounts, build executive relationships, drive product adoption and revenue, support renewals and expansion, analyze customer data, resolve issues, develop account strategies, and track interactions in CRM systems. The role requires strong nonprofit fundraising knowledge, B2B SaaS customer success experience, communication, organization, empathy, and independent judgment.
