Triage and resolve lower-level technical issues, document interactions in Pylon, provide workflow and onboarding guidance, support ProServe projects, represent the company at trade shows, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention.

Respond to inbound inquiries and prospect across channels to qualify leads against the ICP, book sales appointments, maintain CRM pipeline (Salesforce), collaborate with marketing, support sales materials, and stay current on industry trends and competitors to drive revenue growth.

Perform outbound prospecting across phone, email, and social channels to identify and qualify leads, schedule sales appointments, maintain CRM records in Salesforce, collaborate with marketing, research target markets, and support sales materials to drive pipeline growth for an AI-driven sewer inspection platform.

Own full-cycle mid-market sales across municipalities, utilities, contractors, and engineering firms: prospect, demo, negotiate, close, and expand accounts against quarterly quotas while managing CRM hygiene and multi-threaded buying committees.

Own a named-account portfolio of large municipalities, utilities, contractors, and engineering firms. Lead full enterprise sales cycles—source, multi-thread committees, deliver executive pitches and demos, build business cases, negotiate ELAs ($50K+ ACV / six-figure agreements), close deals with margin discipline, and expand accounts post-sale. Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
