Partner with engineering teams to build scalable interfaces for ads, machine learning, and customer reporting while ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, ATT, SKAdNetwork, and consent requirements.

Manage post-sale client relationships, onboarding, implementation, training, customer health, renewals, and retention. Serve as a strategic executive-level advisor, conduct business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, resolve escalations, and advocate for customer needs internally. Lead and build the fund's underwriting function: design credit policy and frameworks, underwrite and structure lending facilities to game studios, run credit committee and governance, support LP diligence and fundraising, codify playbooks, and hire and mentor a junior credit team.

Lead LP fundraising for a first-time private credit fund: activate and steward LP relationships, manage pipeline and CRM, prepare investor materials, coordinate diligence, and support fund setup and cross-product fundraising.

Design, build, and operate the credit fund's end-to-end data and automation stack. Implement deal workflow, ingest borrower financials and payment telemetry, develop Python credit scoring and forecasting models, ship audit-grade investor and borrower dashboards, enforce security and auditability, and move into portfolio monitoring and underwriting while presenting results to LPs and borrowers.
