The Associate, Counsel will support legal aspects of solar and storage projects, manage deal closings, draft documents, and collaborate with internal teams and external counsel.

The Vice President of Acquisitions will lead transaction due diligence, modeling, and M&A/project finance transactions, mentoring junior staff and coordinating with stakeholders for acquisitions and financing decisions.
