Serves as the firm's senior legal officer, advising the Board, executives, and shareholders on governance, regulatory compliance, fund offerings, securities, entity structure, compensation, and firm-level transactions. Acts as Americas Compliance Officer and Board Secretary, manages outside counsel, establishes legal operating standards and risk thresholds, preserves adviser exemptions, and leads development of the legal team.
