Owns infrastructure setup, SSO/SAML, identity configuration, service accounts, APIs, integrations, JSON data mappings, and custom AI prompts. Troubleshoots implementation issues, translates customer requirements into technical solutions, builds scalable playbooks, and manages a project manager. Partners with customer IT, DevOps, Product, Engineering, and other internal teams from technical discovery through go-live.
