Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic US-based multinational clients across BCS and EOR services. Act as primary account owner and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, drive retention, renewals, upsells, and margin optimization, lead QBRs, own commercial performance, escalate complex issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver compliant global workforce solutions and support business development.

The Senior Sales Executive will generate new business, manage the full sales cycle, engage with executives, build pipelines, and collaborate with teams to drive revenue growth.

Lead and scale the North America or Latin America sales organization: set regional strategy, coach sales executives, drive enterprise deals, manage pipeline and forecasting, align cross-functional teams, support hiring and territory planning, and represent GoGlobal externally to grow revenue and market presence.
