Lead product-to-market for PolyAI: own positioning, launches, competitive narrative, GTM assets, demos, and analyst relations. Build AI-first workflows and agents to automate launch and marketing deliverables, enable Sales across enterprise and product-led motions, and generate customer evidence and measurable pipeline outcomes.

The Sales Compensation Manager will design and manage incentive plans for the sales organization, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company strategy, while collaborating with various departments and providing detailed reporting.

Lead PolyAI's revenue enablement function: build and manage an enablement team, design onboarding and ongoing training, embed Force Management methodologies (CoM, MEDDPPICC), scale AI-powered enablement tools (Claude Code Deal Advisor, LetterAI), partner cross-functionally, reduce sales cycle, improve ramp and conversion through content, certifications, and adoption tracking.

Lead and scale the GTM/Business Development function by coaching a BDR team, refining prospecting and qualification, partnering with Sales and Marketing to improve funnel conversion, building messaging/programs, forecasting performance, and managing hiring, compensation, and team performance to generate consistent qualified pipeline.

Drive revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities, building pipelines, and managing stakeholder relationships. Manage and grow PolyAI's partner ecosystem by recruiting and managing channel partners (TSDs, VARs, alliances), driving partnership revenue, forecasting pipeline, collaborating cross-functionally, negotiating with C-suite stakeholders, and providing market and technical insights to expand CX solution adoption.

Lead delivery of large-scale virtual assistant deployments, act as single point of accountability for clients, advise Fortune 500 customers on customer service transformation, monitor success metrics, collaborate with engineering and sales, drive expansion, and improve agent design and operational processes.
