Leads three product designers and defines scalable global navigation systems across enterprise platforms and brands. Establishes design patterns, governance, and user journeys; partners with engineering, product, brand, and business leaders to ensure consistent adoption across technical architectures and devices. Coaches designers, influences enterprise governance, manages cross-functional stakeholders, and drives systems-level UX strategy in a global, matrixed organization.

Drives recurring revenue growth for managed services by advising executive clients, leading discovery, developing ROI and TCO business cases, positioning cloud, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, and support services, and enabling sales teams.
