Own and evolve Pair Team’s shared platform across AWS, application infrastructure, databases, integrations, CI/CD, and developer tooling. Build foundational Ruby on Rails services for authorization, jobs, queues, deployments, and integrations. Improve scalability, reliability, security, and developer experience through reusable patterns and self-service workflows. Operate production systems, resolve infrastructure and application issues, and partner with engineering and product teams to establish technical standards and support organizational growth.

Lead patient-focused product marketing: own patient research and segmentation, positioning and messaging, lifecycle and onboarding experiences, go-to-market for product and service launches, and measurement (A/B tests, funnel metrics). Bridge product and patient insight to inform roadmap, partner with growth, brand, clinical and operations, and ensure compliant, trust-preserving patient communications that improve activation, retention, and conversion.

Lead FP&A work including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
