Own day-to-day operations of the NYC studio: coordinate in-house and third-party drivers, manage B2B inventory and reusable stock, place material orders, resolve delivery issues, and produce weekly operational margin reporting.

Hands-on, in-person project and client manager for B2B installs: lead on-site freelance teams, execute transport/staging/placement of floral products, manage logistics, inventory, procurement, scheduling, invoicing and budgets, and train with Events & B2B Director to support operations.
