Leads Salesforce development, enhancement, support, and delivery across a global organization. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reinsurance accounting reports; analyze data and statements for contract alignment; prepare journal entries and payments for treaty and XOL claims; maintain audit and SOX documentation; monitor cedent deliverables; support implementations and assumed accounting tasks.

Manage U.S. commercial management liability claims involving private-company D&O, fiduciary liability, and fidelity policies. The role also supports complex claims, projects, conferences, and occasional business travel.

Manage complex US Employment Practices Liability claims, evaluating coverage, liability, damages, exposures, negotiations, and settlements. Provide legal review and policy drafting support to underwriting, prepare claims reports, identify trends, and collaborate with global claims teams. The role requires handling high-profile management liability matters, supporting internal stakeholders, and occasional travel for claims mediation.

Manages U.S. Commercial Management Liability public company claims, including D&O, fiduciary liability, and fidelity claims. Evaluates coverage, liability, damages, exposures, negotiations, and settlements; provides legal analysis and underwriting support; identifies claim trends; prepares claim reporting; and collaborates with global claims teams and internal stakeholders. The role may also involve complex claims, projects, conferences, publishing, and occasional business travel.

Handle primary and excess general liability claims, provide technical oversight to third-party administrators, evaluate coverage and exposures, manage counsel and litigation strategy, establish reserves, analyze claim trends, maintain accurate claim files, negotiate resolutions, and support underwriting and actuarial teams during renewals.

Support development and validation of the in-house reserving platform, manage and validate reserving data, run quarterly reserving processes and reports (including Solvency II), liaise with stakeholders, troubleshoot SRP data anomalies, and act as ResQ SME to improve reserving efficiency.
