Lead and manage the CDL training program including curriculum development, faculty hiring/supervision, student advising and retention, assessment of program performance, and continuous improvement. Provide subject-matter expertise, deliver product knowledge training, monitor student progress, ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, and perform duties of a Driver Trainer as needed.
