Manage end-to-end execution of direct private credit transactions, ensuring compliance with the Fund's Direct Transaction Standard. Coordinate internal stakeholders (legal, tax, ESG, ODD, finance), track deal pipeline, budgets and costs, prepare approval meeting materials and minutes, improve transaction workflows and playbooks, support reporting and post-mortems, and contribute to process and capability development for the Private Credit team.
