Remote collections and client account coordinator responsible for maintaining accounts receivable records, preparing aging reports and client correspondence, supporting collection campaigns, managing ServiceNow tickets and the Client Account Statement Database (3E), and collaborating with attorneys and staff to resolve delinquencies while handling confidential information.
