Provides legal counsel on commercial transactions, technology agreements, AI governance, privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, and corporate governance. Drafts and negotiates SaaS, cloud, software, data processing, vendor, marketing, and partnership agreements; develops contract templates and policies; advises on GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, data protection, incident response, and emerging technology regulations; and supports risk assessments, investigations, training, and enterprise governance.

Design, develop, and maintain SAP BTP applications, automations, and integrations. Implement UI5/Fiori apps, SAP Build projects, CAP/Node.js services, and API/OData integrations. Configure BTP services, security (XSUAA, IAS/IPS), Cloud Foundry runtimes, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure code quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
