Lead and execute ambitious marketing campaigns (8-10 titles) for commercial fiction and nonfiction. Collaborate with authors, agents, and cross-functional teams, manage and mentor 2-3 marketers, use audience insights and sales data to optimize strategy, and deliver hands-on digital and social marketing to support bestselling and breakout titles.

Lead end-to-end SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformations including process redesign, system design/configuration, data migration, testing, cutover and go-live support, stakeholder engagement, training, and managing a team of functional analysts.

Lead end-to-end development and deployment of personalization and recommender systems, define technical roadmap, run R&D and experimentation, ensure scalable low-latency production services, mentor ML scientists, coordinate cross-team stakeholders, and integrate modern AI/agentic tools to improve recommendation quality and business outcomes.
