Leads BetaNXT’s enterprise AI product portfolio across DataXChange and InsightX. Owns discovery, market validation, roadmap development, requirements, commercialization, launches, adoption, performance measurement, governance, and client engagement. Partners with engineering, technology, risk, legal, sales, finance, marketing, and product leaders to embed AI capabilities into existing product roadmaps. Builds an AI product team, evaluates partners, and ensures secure, explainable, auditable, and production-ready solutions for regulated financial-services workflows.

Leads technical delivery of cost basis management solutions as a hands-on engineer and informal team lead. Designs scalable cloud-native platforms, builds CI/CD pipelines, resolves complex tax-lot and cost-basis issues, mentors engineers, supports regulatory compliance, and coordinates cross-functional delivery. Integrates AI/ML capabilities for anomaly detection, reconciliation, workflow automation, and tax operations.

Owns product strategy, roadmap, requirements, workflows, testing, and delivery for retail alternative investment solutions. Partners with engineering, clients, sales, marketing, and client services to develop scalable back-office capabilities, manage change requests, support releases, and address complex operational issues across private equity, private credit, hedge funds, REITs, and interval funds.

Supports daily multi-asset trade operations, FIX connectivity, client onboarding, certification, testing, regulatory reporting, and issue resolution. Troubleshoots order and execution flows across applications, networks, Linux environments, and external systems. Monitors sessions, reviews logs, investigates latency and routing issues, supports circuit migrations and failovers, and coordinates incident resolution. Serves as a client contact while documenting issues, following up on root causes, and escalating complex matters. Mainframe and TSO/ISPF familiarity are preferred.
