The Tax Partner will lead the Financial Services State and Local Tax team, providing compliance, consulting, and audit services, mentoring staff, and driving business development.

Lead and advise clients on multistate income tax issues, conduct tax research and writing, support transaction due diligence and structuring, supervise team members, and provide SALT and indirect tax consulting and audit defense support.

Coordinate, draft, edit, and compile RFP and proposal responses; use AI tools to streamline proposals; maintain proposal content libraries; collaborate with subject-matter experts; develop marketing collateral and track proposal pipeline.

Support clients across the full grants lifecycle—pre-award, post-award, and closeout—by monitoring compliance with 2 CFR 200 and federal/state program rules, reviewing budgets and applications, performing recipient/subrecipient monitoring, preparing deliverables, and advising tribal, healthcare, nonprofit, and government clients.

Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives from planning through delivery.
