Hands-on Controller for venture-backed startups: implement accounting processes and systems, manage monthly and annual closes, oversee accountants, prepare financial statements and consolidations, handle equity and convertible note reconciliations, apply ASC 606/ASC 842, and support financial due diligence for Seed through Series C clients.
