Lead enterprise technology due diligence for buy- and sell-side transactions, assessing infrastructure, applications, cloud, data platforms, operating models, cybersecurity, automation, and AI readiness. Produce quantitative and qualitative analyses, translate findings into integration/separation and remediation plans, support proposal and budgeting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect technology risks to business impact and value creation.

Lead product technology diligence for PE and strategic clients by evaluating software architecture, cloud cost and DevOps, technical debt, SDLC, product modularity, engineering productivity, and roadmap investment needs; produce investment-grade red flag reports linking technical findings to growth, valuation, and margin implications.

Lead financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions, analyzing income statement and balance sheet items, net working capital, debt, and operational data. Prepare Quality of Earnings and tailored transaction reports, propose adjustments, support proposals and business development, supervise and mentor associates, and meet utilization targets. Travel up to 25%.

Lead product-technology diligence for PE and strategic clients, assessing software architecture, scalability, security, AI/data maturity, DevOps and SDLC, and tying technical findings to commercial, financial and valuation impacts. Deliver executive-ready reports, lead management interviews, mentor staff, and support proposals and deal execution.

Lead technical delivery of Oracle HCM solutions across Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Recruiting, Learning, and Compensation. Own end-to-end solution design, integrations, configuration, testing, release management, and vendor oversight. Partner with Product Owners, Enterprise Architecture, and Data teams to deliver scalable, secure, standards-based HCM implementations and migrations.
