Lead and develop a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth through programmatic advertising. Build scalable sales processes and playbooks, manage forecasting and pipeline health, coach sellers, maintain personal business development, and partner with cross-functional leadership to execute territory plans and strategic growth initiatives.

Drive regional revenue by growing an existing book of programmatic advertising clients and signing new agency and brand-direct partners. Serve as Trade Desk expert, lead discovery meetings and demos, negotiate MSAs, collaborate with trading and account teams, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and represent Mogl at regional events.

The Senior Account Executive will lead sales in the Northeast, develop client strategies, nurture accounts, and provide insights on programmatic advertising, particularly with The Trade Desk platform.
