The Associate will evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, create financial models, and manage portfolio monitoring within a team-focused environment.

Support underwriting of first‑lien senior secured loans and monitor portfolio companies. Duties include deal evaluation, due diligence, complex financial modeling, transaction execution, preparing investment memoranda, presenting to investment committee, and ongoing portfolio monitoring including amendments, refinancings, and market analysis.
