Lead end-to-end people operations including full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, workforce strategy, employee engagement, policy development, and HR compliance. Act as strategic advisor to leadership, manage sensitive personnel matters, and drive talent development and culture in a hybrid environment.

Own and execute end-to-end demand generation and ABM programs to drive qualified pipeline and revenue for healthcare procurement and payment solutions. Build multi-channel campaigns, manage marketing automation and Salesforce integration, own lead scoring/attribution and funnel analytics, and align closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to accelerate opportunities and improve conversion.
