Lead modernization of an investment accounting platform from COBOL/Sybase to a Java/Photon architecture. Define migration strategy and data mapping, establish automation and AI-assisted code-translation pipelines (Devin, Blitzy), design Java microservices/APIs, implement automated dual-run validation for functional parity, and serve as onsite technical lead for multiple global agile PODs.
