The Director of Consulting Sales is responsible for driving sales of Workday products, managing client relationships, building a robust sales pipeline, and participating in marketing initiatives to generate leads.

Lead presales for data and AI initiatives: design and present Microsoft Fabric-based data platforms, run discovery and AI workshops, scope proposals, translate technical designs into business value, mentor delivery, and support go-to-market and thought leadership.

Serve as primary client contact for financial management: oversee bill pay, cash management, payroll alignment, financial statements, monthly close, reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, 1099s and year-end reporting. Coordinate with third-party providers, support audits and regulatory filings, mentor junior staff, and ensure timely, accurate client deliverables and high-quality service.

Prepare individual, trust, partnership, corporate, and S-corporation tax returns, workpapers, and year-end projections for entertainment and high-net-worth clients. Reconcile ledgers and investment/brokerage activity, assist with audits, tax notices, planning, and client advisory engagements while collaborating with internal teams and continuing technical training.

Lead tax practice management for complex clients (entertainment professionals, athletes, HNWIs, family offices). Provide technical tax review and planning, manage engagements, budgets, staffing, and client relationships. Drive business development, mentor teams, and partner with leadership to grow the tax practice and improve operations.

Manage client relationships and bookkeeping tasks including invoice approval, wire transfers, cash management, GL review, monthly and cash flow reporting, AR review, payroll and tax coordination, tax support, vendor communications, and ad-hoc client and team assistance.

Lead adoption of tax technology and automation practices across the Tax practice, improving workflows and efficiency while ensuring quality and consistency.

Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable full-stack web applications across backend, APIs, and frontend. Collaborate with product and design, perform code reviews, mentor engineers, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement and AI-enabled solutions throughout the SDLC.
