The Creative Strategist will own the end-to-end creative process for Mando, including concepting, editing, and managing creator operations for ads and partnerships, while collaborating with senior strategists and teams.

Manage supply planning, develop inventory strategies, optimize inventory levels, collaborate with manufacturers, and improve processes in a CPG environment.

Lead marketing measurement and attribution strategy across the business. Own methodologies (MMM, incrementality), advise executives, translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations, support budget allocation, forecasting, and cross-functional decision-making.

Lead technical strategy and execution for Mammoth Brands' Central AI Team: build AI infrastructure (agents, evals, MCP, integrations), hire and lead Forward Deployed AI Engineers, drive build-vs-buy decisions, partner with Data Platform, Security, Legal, and execs, and deliver scalable, production AI systems that produce measurable business outcomes.

Lead concept and copy for campaigns across social, digital, packaging, retail, and activations; manage and mentor two Senior Copywriters; define brand voice and guidelines; partner with design, content, marketing, and production to ensure creative and commercial effectiveness.

Lead and grow internal audit, risk management, and governance: mature the SOX program, implement GRC on the ERP, bring audit automation and AI tools, own ERM expansion, manage audit committee and disclosure materials, and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Legal, and Operations.

Provide high-level executive support to the Digital and Retail leadership team: manage complex calendars, travel, expenses, meeting logistics, offsite and event planning, agendas, notes, and action-item tracking. Lead consumer learning for Lume & Mando by designing and executing primary research, synthesizing insights across sources, and partnering with brand, innovation, and retail teams to inform strategy, product and communications. Build learning roadmaps, manage multiple studies to timelines, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership to drive brand growth and innovation.
