Lead performance-focused motion design across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other paid channels. Translate growth hypotheses into animated creative, own the end-to-end experimentation cycle, build reusable motion systems and product/UI animations, analyze performance data to iterate, and operate within investment-marketing compliance to develop scalable creative franchises that drive user acquisition and growth.
