Own retention and expansion for Snowplow’s largest strategic SaaS accounts. Build VP and C-level relationships, map parent companies and subsidiaries, drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, multi-year contracts, and partner strategies. Quantify customer ROI, negotiate with procurement and finance, and collaborate with Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Marketing, Product, and partners. The role requires strong expertise in data infrastructure, cloud analytics, complex platform sales, Challenger methodology, and MEDDPICC.
