Lead global regulatory strategy and compliance for Fora’s international expansion. Responsibilities include evaluating market-entry requirements, advising international teams, coordinating local counsel, developing policies and legal frameworks, overseeing privacy and regulatory compliance, engaging with regulators, managing audits, and maintaining registrations, licenses, filings, bonding, and reporting obligations across jurisdictions.

Own Fora’s growth operating model for forecasting, scenario planning, goal-setting, and strategic investment decisions. Partner with Strategy & Operations, Finance, founders, and executives to analyze business trends, size opportunities, model pricing and initiative impacts, and guide resource allocation. Mentor data team peers while establishing best practices, tools, processes, and standards.

Lead product analytics and experimentation for Fora’s travel marketplace. Analyze product usage and advisor behavior, define data instrumentation, guide roadmap decisions, build predictive and personalized models, and establish experimentation best practices. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design while mentoring data team peers and improving processes, tools, and standards.

Lead marketing measurement and growth analytics through incrementality experiments, attribution, media mix modeling, customer value and retention modeling, and production machine learning. Partner with acquisition, lifecycle, membership, and growth leaders to guide investment and strategy. Mentor data teammates and establish best practices, processes, tools, and standards.

Build and lead Fora’s account management function for high-performing travel advisors. Manage an initial portfolio of approximately 30 advisors, provide growth coaching and business reviews, identify retention and revenue opportunities, and coordinate escalations. Design scalable playbooks, operating models, routing protocols, templates, CRM workflows, and success metrics while partnering with Product, Training, Events, Operations, and RevOps. Establish a repeatable model that improves advisor retention, booking velocity, plan mix, and GMV.

Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing programs driving advisor activation, engagement, productivity, retention, and reengagement. Develop segmentation, journeys, testing roadmaps, measurement frameworks, reporting, and personalized communications. Partner with Analytics, Product, Sales, RevOps, Data, and Advisor Experience teams to identify friction, improve advisor progression, and optimize programs. This senior individual contributor role independently translates business goals into hypotheses, launches programs, interprets results, and guides supporting specialists.

Own Fora’s performance creative strategy for advisor acquisition, including audience-based concepts, testing frameworks, creative briefs, performance analysis, and iteration. Partner with growth marketing, creative, and data teams to develop channel-specific static, video, UGC, and AI-assisted assets. Build a compliant creator program, establish the creative strategy function, mentor creatives, and connect creative improvements to incremental ROAS, CPA, CAC, testing velocity, and conversion performance.

Own end-to-end trust and safety enforcement cases, including investigations, policy decisions, communications, resolutions, and appeals. De-escalate complex disputes, manage high-volume queues, document decisions, track SLAs and operational metrics, escalate fraud and legal-risk cases, conduct quality reviews, identify abuse patterns, and recommend policy, process, and automation improvements. The role also maintains communication templates and reports enforcement trends to leadership.

Develop and maintain advisor payment systems; collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and financial transparency; manage backend services.
